Every piece, cut or not, has been checked and here are descriptions of all 4 sizes included in this listing, (a bit involved with detail).
McCall's #2846, 2000, 2 sizes using individual pieces for each size.
Size A, XSmall (2-4): 5 pieces are cut for XSmall; #4 which is front neck facing is not in envelope, you can easily cut a pattern using Small's #4 and cutting it slightly smaller; no #9 which is elastic for bootie and it needs no pattern as you determine elastic length. There are several pattern pieces with crumpling that need warm ironing (envelope is full of tissue pattern and pattern was apparently put away a bit hastily it appears, I have straightened all I could by hand).
Size A, Small (6-7) in same envelope as above XSmall: 5 pieces cut for Small; pieces missing from envelope are #8 which is hat (night cap is what it is generally called) but there is a pattern for XSmall hat (also in larger sizes in next envelope), #9 is only elastic again, #s 10 and 11 are the bootees but there are bootie patterns for XSmall, and larger sizes in next envelope.
Envelope for the two above patterns is a bit tattered and torn ( too much pattern content!), tips crumpled with holes at points, few short tears at edges, clean. A little patient taping would quickly make a sturdy envelope. Contents not affected by envelope condition.
McCall's #2846, 2000, 2 sizes, M-L, with almost all pieces to be used for medium and large and you trim to medium, couple of small pieces are individual for medium and large.
This pattern is not cut, and there is a #9 elastic pattern in case you want to see it for the XSmall and Small patterns. Medium sizes are 8-10 and Large sizes are 12-14, boys/girls. Some areas of the tissue pattern need warm ironing, the instructions sheet has some heavy folds at one tip that could use a bit of ironing too.
Envelope is really tattered with one side completely separated and other side half separated; tips crumpled, some tears, flap creased, pattern paper extends out of envelope at top and separated side, again some good taping and a bit of refolding would stabilize the packet.
Two pattern envelopes, 4 pattern sizes for XS, S, M, L for boys' and girls' nightwear; the 4 sizes give you a choice in cutting the size that fits
your child in case more than one size is needed for an outfit; it does appear that the various clothing pieces in this packet would be rather easy to sew, adding embellishments and changing hem lengths would be quite easy.
