Three draw, 6 inches long, 1 ½ inches diameter! Outside leather cover jacket sewn on. Quality Glass Optics. Collapses to 3 inches long. Hides in the palm of your hand. Solid, quality brass construction. Very unique item in Excellent Condition! It has been sitting in a dry warehouse for over 45 years, forgotten stock. It took me about 3 minutes with a soft cloth and "Brasso" to clean it like you see in the photos.  We pack it securely and mail it to you First Class U.S. Postal. 8 Ounces weight.
